Category Management & Strategic Sourcing (Taiwan region)
Implementprocesses to monitorstakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers
Recommendtargets to maximize value such as high revenue spendreduction purchasingefficiency customer servicesand supplier management.
Analyzesourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories.
Participatein supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting.
Developcategory strategies for managed categories and validatestrategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners.
Cost Management& Analysis
Identifyand evaluatecategory-specific savings/revenue levers
Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets
Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders
Utilize should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace
Negotiation
Lead or participatein negotiations for contract extensions and renewals renegotiation of prices transfers etc
Leadsourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation
Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations
Developa contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create negotiate monitorand enforce contracted terms and conditions
Conductstrategic sourcing initiatives negotiations and cost management using supplier and industry analysis.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions
Develop and maintain expertisein the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders
Drivecustomer-centric approach to solving issues and representingProcurement
Develop and maintaincollaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese language both verbal communication and written
Minimum3 years of experience in Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry or Procurement team
A relevant Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience.
Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
Strong communicationskills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved.
