POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose of Role
Responsible for the property maintenance of overall hotel building and equipment including fittings and fixtures. Ensure that Engineering works in adherence to hotel operation Ws Engineering Standards and local legislations. Provide a professional advisory and executive support service to the Executive Team to achieve the strategic goals of establishment.
Cast Key Responsibilities
and administer all Engineering and utility supply contracts.
the wooden equipments regularly for maintenance and update check records.
decorations and check equipments regularly to ensure adherence to Marriott standards.
general property maintenance cost control and maintenance request system.
