- Manage daily operations and supervise service delivery to ensure consistently delivery of quality lifestyle experience to our guests.
- Participate in the development implementation and continual review of policies procedures practices and standards.
- Participate in the selection of Talent.
- Train develop coach and manage the performance of direct and indirect reporting Talent to ensure efficient operation in the restaurant to maximise Talent satisfaction productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as lead and attend meetings write reports and memos and other specific duties related to this role.
