Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of DCS Field Application Engineers across Taiwan.
Drive pre-sales technical engagement with key customers to secure design-wins.
Provide technical leadership in DCS and Stamford product lines.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers Business Units and Marketing to develop strategies that support customer design cycles.
Ensure timely and high-quality technical support to customers resolving complex engineering challenges.
Conduct performance management mentoring and career development for FAEs.
Represent the company at industry events seminars and customer technical workshops.
Establish processes to capture customer feedback and deliver insights to global BU teams.
Manage resource allocation travel schedules and project priorities within the FAE team.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies budgeting and reporting requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related discipline (Masters degree preferred).
10 years of experience in Data Center Solutions (DCS) related products including:
At least 3 years in people management.
Proven track record of leading FAE teams and achieving design-wins.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English both written and verbal.
Ability to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders at customer sites.
Strong leadership coaching and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel frequently (3040%).
