SAP DATA MIGRATION CONSULTANT S/4HANA (HYBRID)

Location: Porto Portugal

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA techno-functional Consultant specializing in Data Migration to play a key role in strategic implementation and conversion projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end data migration cycles (Master Data and Financial Transactional Data).
Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC LTMOM) mapping customizing migration objects and troubleshooting.
Use SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for data validation cleansing harmonization and governance.
Collaborate with business functional and technical teams to define migration strategies rules and data quality KPIs.
Perform data profiling validation reconciliation and audit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support mock runs cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC LTMOM).
Hands-on expertise with SAP MDG (Consolidation & Migration Frameworks).
Strong knowledge of Master Data objects (Business Partner Material Cost Center Profit Center Chart of Accounts Asset Master etc.).
Experience migrating Financial Transactional Data (GL balances open AR/AP fixed assets).
Fluent English (mandatory).
Nice to Have
Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
SAP ABAP Development experience and Data Migration Reconciliation report development.
Successful track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations conversions or rollouts.
