ROLE OVERVIEW
- Plans coordinates and implements consumer-directed marketing initiatives across digital influencer and on-ground platforms.
- Provides inputs to the overall brand strategy through data gathering analysis and consumer insights.
- Supports the development of strategic and thematic communication campaigns for the corporate brand.
- Coordinates with partner agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Collaborates with other divisions to align marketing efforts with corporate directions while addressing their unique needs.
- Assists in managing company resources by reviewing plans monitoring cost efficiencies and ensuring reasonable business returns for assigned programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communication or Business Management
- At least 36 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or related fields
- Strong background in marketing communications with exposure to digital and influencer marketing preferred
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage agency partnerships
- Creativity and passion for building consumer connections aligned with corporate brand direction
