Graduate Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Managers to join our team within the building envelope sector working on exciting construction projects involving façade systems roofing cladding glazing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in project management and construction delivery.

You will assist senior project managers in coordinating the delivery of building envelope packages ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing building envelope packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support the preparation and tracking of project programmes schedules and timelines
• Monitor project progress site activities and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations method statements and risk assessments
• Participate in site meetings take minutes and report on progress/issues
• Manage documentation including RFIs drawings submittals and QA/QC records
• Assist with procurement and logistics of materials
• Track and report project costs variations and changes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel Word Outlook); knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is an advantage
• Interest in the building envelope sector (cladding glazing façades roofing insulation)

Desirable:

• Internship or placement year experience in construction or façade/cladding industry
• Understanding of building regulations and façade system types
• Full driving licence (if travel to sites is required)
