This role offers the chance for a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator with some experience in property or sales to join a busy independent agency in the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area.

The position is fast-paced and varied with excellent career development potential for the right candidate.

The perfect candidate will be smart engaging and have a love of delivering exceptional customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Promoting the company and its services at every opportunity
• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors
• Delivering outstanding customer service in all interactions

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency or sales/customer-facing role
• Confident sales and/or telesales background
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
• Professional well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area helpful
• Full UK driving licence required
