Sales Executive Construction Training
Salary: 45000 basic plus performance incentives
Location: North West preferred (hybrid field-based role)

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional to join a specialist training provider delivering high-quality construction NVQs and workforce development programmes. The role focuses on developing and growing employer relationships both funded and commercial while expanding the reach of construction qualifications nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing employer accounts to maximise repeat business and learner progression opportunities
Proactively identify approach and secure new employer partnerships across the construction sector
Promote a range of construction NVQs and short programmes through funded and commercial routes
Create and deliver tailored workforce development proposals that align to employer skills needs and regulatory frameworks
Collaborate closely with delivery and quality teams to ensure a seamless learner and employer experience
Contribute to strategic growth activity and performance reporting for the CEO and senior team
Essential Experience and Skills
Proven success in a B2B sales or employer engagement role within the training or construction sector
Strong understanding of NVQs and competence-based qualifications in construction trades or management
Experience of both funded and commercial training solutions
Ability to work autonomously while managing targets and relationships effectively
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
Desirable
Experience within an apprenticeship skills or training provider environment
Knowledge of funding streams supporting construction qualifications
