What youll be doing
Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providerstodevelop implement review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
Provide leadership tonursing andpersonal care staff by planning directing supervising and evaluating their work.
What you bring
Current registration with provincial College of Nursesas a Registered Nurse (RN).
Compassion professionalism and respect.
Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
