Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a permanent Receiver for our brand-new fully automated 660000 square foot distribution centre in Johnstown ON! GTW can offer paid material handling equipment training on brand-new Raymond equipment full medical/dental benefits a store discount and 24/7 onsite gym access.

Giant Tiger Wholesale - We can offer:
Starting wage of $19.95/hour
Additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am;
Automatic milestone wage increases at 1040 hours 2080 hours 4160 hours and annually after that
Giant Tiger Store Discount - 20% on clothing 10% on grocery

Unloading of goods in a safe and efficient manner using a counterbalance or low lift forklift
Verify items received for accuracy against purchase orders (ASNs)
Report quality variances and ensure accuracy in the type and quantity of received product
Enter product information into computer systems
Assign active pick locations for new products
Apply License Plate Numbers (LPNs) verifying physical quantity of merchandise with quantity indicated on the ASN
Clearly sign all transport documentation and indicate any discrepancies
Complete non-compliance for vendors who do not follow GTWs shipping standards
Receiver Job Requirements:
Completion of High School
Class G2 or higher drivers license
Successful completion of a forklift training program
Familiar with material handling equipment
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision
Experience with or a basic understanding of personal computer is required
Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMOS) experience is an asset
Successful candidates must be in good standing for both performance and health & safety
Receiver Schedule:
Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 - 4:30pm
