This critical role is at the core of our Home Solutions Acquisition team. Supporting the national Home Solutions SmartHome Security and SmartHome portfolio you will create an effective bridge between marketing and sales channels to support overall Home Solutions growth objectives. You will be a key player for the go-to-market execution of marketing priorities and ideas into channels.
Reporting to the Manager Marketing and Channel Support we are looking for an innovative individual who is eager to challenge the status quo thrives in a high-energy high-performance culture and embodies cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
Heres the impact youll make and what well accomplish together:
- Partner with stakeholders in TCS and channels to create a go-to-market plan for channels inclusive of new product launches promotions pricing or feature changes
- Execute and maintain critical channels sales tools artifacts and communications supporting efficient and effective selling by channels
- Support the roll-out of marketing changes and initiatives to channels simply and clearly connecting the dots between your portfolio and initiatives for a holistic approach to change management
- Owning and contributing to the overall Home Solutions channel and marketing calendar advocating for timelines and coordination that support effective change management
- In partnership with channel training teams elevate and continuously reinforce premium differentiated value propositions across the channel and channel support teams
- Support governance to ensure information can effectively flow between marketing and sales channels fostering an iterative and collaborative partnership
- Forge new thinking and innovation to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of channel go-to-market and communications
Qualifications
Youre the missing piece of the puzzle:
- Proven self-starter known for your ambitious spirit bias for action and outstanding business ownership
- Ability to develop a collaborative and inspiring culture with cross-functional teams to embrace challenges overcome setbacks and strive for excellence
- Known for your ability to challenge the status quo be disruptive and your willingness to test and learn to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our efforts
- Known for exceptional communication skills keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex changes into clear and concise information for channels
Great-to-haves:
- 3 years of progressive experience in marketing experience
- 3 years of sales/channel experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar industry
- A business sales or communications undergraduate degree
