Job Summary
Job Summary/Position Overview
The Production Manager is responsible for the blades throughput of the factory according to the Production Plan and guarantees the blades produced meet the Safety Quality and Cost targets as defined in the KPIs list. Is responsible for the direct labor headcount and owns the Production Plan Training Matrix and Production Reports.
Key Responsibilities as PO Production Officer Targets of the Assignment
- Support the industrialization of the Blades production facility
- Lead the recruitment and training process of all the Production headcount
- Identify all potential risks to the Production Plan
- Monitor and control the Learning Curve to achieve Full Production capacity at the required level
Key Responsibilities for Factory Setup:
- Collaborate in the installation and validation of tooling & equipment.
- Make sure all the required documentation for production is available
- Work hand in hand with the HR department in the recruitment process.
- Train Production Supervisors and Team Leaders on manufacturing techniques and quality control
Foster a safety- and quality-first culture aligned with ISO 9001 14001 and 45001 scheme
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Engineering degree in aerospace Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine blades manufacturing
- Strong communication training and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Fluency in the English language skills is a plus.
