Job Description

The Head of Design Management will lead 9 Design Managers overseeing the coordination quality and timely delivery of design activities across mega projects. The role requires strong leadership of large multidisciplinary teams (Architecture Structure MEP Landscape Interiors) and hands-on experience delivering large-scale developments through Issued for Construction (IFC).

This is a design and engineering leadership role ensuring seamless consultant management interdisciplinary integration and project milestone compliance. Candidates with only planning office backgrounds will not be considered.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering (Masters preferred).

1622 years of experience in design management with hands-on leadership of mega projects.

Proven track record in managing large multidisciplinary design teams and overseeing consultant deliverables.

Strong technical expertise across Architecture Structure MEP Infrastructure and Landscape.

Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.

Commercial awareness with experience in consultant contracts variations and performance tracking.

Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is an advantage.

Candidates with planning office-only experience will not be considered.
