Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and personable Guest Relations Officer to join a prestigious luxury wine estate located in Stellenbosch. This seasonal role requires a polished individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for guests ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Manage guest check-ins check-outs and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
Handle guest queries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner
Assist in coordinating guest experiences including tours tastings and special events
Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold the estate s brand values and ensure consistent service excellence
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations front of house or hospitality is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
Knowledge of wine and luxury hospitality would be advantageous
Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required
Well-presented with a positive and service-orientated attitude
