What you will be doing:
- Lead the planning organization and monitoring of Managed SOC projects from start to finish. This includes maintaining project schedules deliverables and resource allocation.
- Serve as the central liaison between technical teams (SOC analysts engineering) clients and internal leadership. You will provide regular status updates to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all service deployments project initiatives and day-to-day SOC operations adhere to client SLAs established compliance standards and operational best practices.
- Maintain essential project documentation process guides and playbooks. You will also support audit and reporting requirements for SOC operations.
- Manage and track incident response and project-related escalations coordinating the onboarding of new Managed SOC clients and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
What our client is looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in project coordination IT project management or operations support. Certification (PMP or CAPM) is a definite benefit.
- Must be proficient in project co-ordination and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira). Familiarity with core SOC tools and workflows (SIEM incident response or threat intelligence) is important.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities combined with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
