Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Drive budget planning forecasting cash flow and variance tracking for multiple projects.
Prepare accurate donor-compliant financial reports and explanatory narratives.
Oversee quarterly and monthly financial planning and budget cycles.
Support managers in developing funding contracts and proposals.
Conduct variance analysis provide commentary and liaise with stakeholders.
Coordinate external project audits and manage information requests.
Ensure cost recovery overhead allocations and accuracy in ERP system reporting (NetSuite SAP Oracle etc.).
Collaborate with programme teams to align finances with project outcomes.
Requirements
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
3 5 years accounting experience ideally in a complex project-based environment.
Strong background in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and analysis.
ERP/Business Management System proficiency (NetSuite SAP Oracle preferred).
Advanced computer literacy and excellent communication skills (English plus one other SA language).
Exceptional accuracy attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to build relationships work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
