Job Summary
To develop either Business Unit/Corporate Function analytics strategies and framework(s) aligned to Standard Bank Group data and business strategies. To lead and manage a team across a variety of data processing capabilities and technologies in order to deliver high quality analytics that provide model and customer decision strategies. To be responsible for the time cost and quality of projects delivered by the team according to the model risk policy and deployed into operational processes.

Experience Required
5-7 years
Fluency in data analysis tools techniques and visualisations (for e.g. Advanced Excel Looker Tableau etc). Proven experience in combining complex data signals and campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in performing statistical analysis in SAS/R/Python for purposes of guiding and overseeing Business Analytics work.
5-7 years
Proven track record for success in leading advanced analytics teams and building out best-in-class capabilities.
8-10 years
Proven track record for success in leading advanced analytics teams and building out best-in-class capabilities. Experience creating business value from data analysis.
