Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Digital Manager to join a luxury hotel in the Western Cape. This exciting role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing brand management and digital platforms capable of driving both brand awareness and revenue growth in the competitive luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and digital strategies aligned with the hotel s brand vision and business objectives
Manage and optimise digital platforms including website social media channels and online advertising campaigns
Oversee content creation including photography videography newsletters and press releases
Drive online engagement track performance analytics and provide regular reports on marketing ROI
Build and maintain relationships with media PR agencies and industry partners
Coordinate promotional campaigns seasonal offers and special events in collaboration with relevant departments
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise impact and visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing with a focus on digital strategy
Proven experience within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands advantageous
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools analytics and social media management
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair
Ability to lead projects manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
Highly organised detail-oriented and commercially minded
