Job Summary

Overview:

A luxury game lodge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. This role requires a strong leader with a background in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels bringing together exceptional hospitality standards operational expertise and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
Lead and inspire staff fostering a culture of excellence professionalism and teamwork.
Maintain the highest standards of guest service ensuring personalized five-star experiences.
Manage budgets financial reporting and cost control measures effectively.
Oversee food & beverage service housekeeping front-of-house and guest relations.
Drive staff training development and performance management.
Implement and uphold health safety and compliance standards across the lodge.
Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 7 years senior management experience within luxury hospitality.
Proven track record in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting reporting and cost control.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional guest service orientation with a strong eye for detail.
Well-versed in luxury hospitality trends standards and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
