Overview:
A luxury game lodge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. This role requires a strong leader with a background in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels bringing together exceptional hospitality standards operational expertise and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
- Lead and inspire staff fostering a culture of excellence professionalism and teamwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service ensuring personalized five-star experiences.
- Manage budgets financial reporting and cost control measures effectively.
- Oversee food & beverage service housekeeping front-of-house and guest relations.
- Drive staff training development and performance management.
- Implement and uphold health safety and compliance standards across the lodge.
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

- Minimum of 5 7 years senior management experience within luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting reporting and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional guest service orientation with a strong eye for detail.
- Well-versed in luxury hospitality trends standards and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
