Strong knowledge & experience in following items is a must:
- Experience in e-Payment Fintech e-commerce or B2B is preferable
- Strong customer relations and technical skills
- At least 3 years and above experience in relevant works
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end process to onboard new merchants/partners and make sure to meet onboarding SLA by assisting with merchant integration and support integration related queries.
- Support merchants on a day-by-day basis and reply to merchant queries via email phone and chat.
- Perform UAT and Live verification tests & frequently conduct testing user flows for new and existing channels to improve services
- Follow-up with the Tech Support team and other stakeholders in the company to make sure the inquiries/ requests/ complaints of merchants are solved properly.
- Internal contact point between technology team and business / product development team if there are any technical issues/bugs that need action.
- Support operations tasks including but not limited: reconciliation payment inquiries follow-up refund process etc.
- Other common tasks for the day-to-day tech support
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with at least 3 years or above relevant experience. (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
- Strong and proven experience in operational & product support in technology companies.
- Strong sense of system thinking and good understanding how system works
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong passion in customer experience and understanding of customer behavior.
- Excellent in excel (macro & VBA) & powerpoint.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce shopping platform and plug-in is a plus
- Experience in project management and data visualization is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal is a must.
