Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Take drink and food orders making recommendations as needed - especially on signature cocktails.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner enhancing their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including bar tools equipment and glassware.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs.
- Manage transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the bar complies with local state and federal laws regarding alcohol service.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of bartending experience preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks.
- Knowledge of state alcohol laws and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume situations.
- Friendly customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Skills:
