Job Summary
About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst with proven and significant expertise in finance.
If you do not have experience in finance please do not apply.
Beyond strong business knowledge the ideal candidate will also bring a solid technical background (SQL is mandatory) and the ability to work across several initiatives at once. The role requires adaptability clear communication and the ability to operate between functional and technical perspectives.
You will be working in an English environment.
Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements across multiple projects.
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Support data operations validation and transformation with a strong focus on accuracy.
Write optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries (mandatory).
Collaborate with developers QA and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Adapt to changing priorities switching effectively between projects.
Maintain strong communication in hybrid/remote environments.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
Capital markets expertise (mandatory): deep knowledge of financial products (such as Fixed Income Bonds Repos Money Market Equities Mutual Funds Derivatives FX.)
Technical background (mandatory): SQL database expertise is required. Additional experience with development tools/languages (Java C Oracle Sybase VBA etc.) is a strong asset.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Murex Calypso Openlink Moodys KMV or similar.
Ability to operate as both a technical expert and business analyst bridging functional and technical aspects.
Proven adaptability and flexibility to handle multiple projects at once.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information :

Knowledge of reporting tools (Crystal Reports Business Objects).
Exposure to risk management platforms or data governance environments.
