Job Description

As a Content Creator Assistant you will support the development editing and distribution of educational content for the UDO Data Academy. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in content creation digital communication and e-learning environments.

From building robust data platforms and governance frameworks to enabling innovation through AI machine learning and advanced analytics UDO plays a pivotal role in embedding data into every layer of Ubisofts operations fueling smarter decisions better games and a more connected player experience

Your role will be to work within the UDO Data Academy team. We are dedicated to empowering learners with data literacy and analytical skills through comprehensive educational resources and hands-on training. We strive to deliver engaging content and practical experiences to Ubisoft employees

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and accurate educational materials.
  • Assist in drafting editing and proofreading written content for courses blog posts and newsletters.
  • Help design and create visual assets (e.g. infographics presentation slides videos shortform and long) to enhance learning resources.
  • Schedule and publish content on various platforms under supervision.
  • Conduct basic research to support content development.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content formats and topics.
  • Track content performance and prepare simple reports as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Current student or recent graduate in Communications Education Data Science Marketing or a related field who needs to complete an internship as part of their studies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Miro Figma generative AI)
  • Interest in data and education
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bonus skill: experience in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Rise TeachUp)
