The Solid Waste Senior Engineer will play a key role in helping develop market share and deliver projects across North America in solid waste and other multifaceted energy mining industrial and environmental projects.
The Senior Engineer will work in close coordination with the Canada Waste Team Lead and other key managers and lead efforts to grow profitable business with a particular focus on (but not limited to) solid waste in the Canadian market.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelors degree in civil geological environmental or chemical engineering
- Professional Engineering (P.E. or P. Eng) preferred
- 10 years of experience in the engineering/environmental services industry including 5 years experience working in the Solid Waste market sector
- Proven customer relationship building skills
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Previous relevant Project Management experience
- Experience in construction familiarity & construction level site work design
- Track record of implementing successful business strategies
- Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients team members and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
