Job Summary
- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your food stories with our guests

- The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day
- Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
Qualifications :
- An enthusiastic hospo soul inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience
- Highly organised and able to multi task manage day-to-day operations
- Detail focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality service
- Previous experience in managing Food & Beverage teams
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry
