Job Summary

We are expanding our team in Alexandria and Surrounds! We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community. 

We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists with over 3 years experience that are looking for full time or part time roles.

In this role you will:

  • Manage your own diverse caseload tailoring therapy to each participants unique goals.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments using both clinical observation and standardised tools.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a real impact on participant outcomes.
  • Share your expertise by mentoring and providing guidance to junior clinicians.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support helping shape the growth of the next generation of practitioners.
  • Collaborate with your team to review documentation share insights and strengthen practice together.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably with NDIS participants.
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing your own caseload and supporting junior clinicians through supervision mentoring and guidance.
  • Looking for a fun collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
