We are expanding our team in Alexandria and Surrounds! We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.
We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists with over 3 years experience that are looking for full time or part time roles.
In this role you will:
- Manage your own diverse caseload tailoring therapy to each participants unique goals.
- Complete comprehensive assessments using both clinical observation and standardised tools.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a real impact on participant outcomes.
- Share your expertise by mentoring and providing guidance to junior clinicians.
- Provide clinical supervision and support helping shape the growth of the next generation of practitioners.
- Collaborate with your team to review documentation share insights and strengthen practice together.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably with NDIS participants.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in managing your own caseload and supporting junior clinicians through supervision mentoring and guidance.
- Looking for a fun collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
