As the AAA Psychology team is rapidly growing we are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to work within our large team of more than 70 clinicians!
The multi-disciplinary Team includes Occupational Therapists Speech Therapists Behaviour Support Practitioners Exercise Physiologists Provisional Registered psychologists.
You will be working within a passionate team which support participants in the Dandenong to Mornington Peninsula areas.
At AAA the Provisional Psychologists primary role is to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide high quality therapeutic evidenced-based and client-centered interventions in a professional confidential and culturally safe manner.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments (using clinical observations and standardised assessments) and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Be responsible for supporting and managing your case load.
- Support Participants and other stakeholders to develop and review support plans.
- Collaborate with other Health Professionals and key stakeholders regarding clients care.
- Complete case notes reports and other correspondence in line with required standards relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines.
- Attend monthly team meetings and team led in-services.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist.
- Completed your masters in psychology degree
- A high standard for of professional ethics
- Working with Childrens Check and Police check
- Drivers License (minimum Provisional) and access to own car
