In your role as People Partner you will provide strategic and practical support across the full employee lifecycle. Your focus will be on delivering effective and tailored people related advice to the Tattarang Group. Whether working with senior leadership or supporting junior team members you will be a trusted advisor proactively addressing people needs through strong collaborative relationships.
Operating within the Tattarang People team your proactive approach will cover a broad spectrum of areas including engagement performance renumeration learning employee relations talent management and organisational development. By aligning these efforts with our business objectives you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success.
What you will do:
- Advise develop and partner with people leaders to ensure they are fully equipped to engage and lead their teams across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide practical people related advice and support as the primary contact across Tattarang corporate services for the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with People team colleagues in the execution of the people strategy and relevant projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning recruitment talent management and organizational development as well as diversity equity & inclusion.
- Develop programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and retention fostering a culture of continuous feedback and recognition.
- Champion performance and career conversation processes to support employee growth and development.
- Lead efforts related to organizational change process improvements and cultural enhancement.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision making and measure the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on people related matters including conflict resolution performance issues investigations disciplinary actions as well as safety and wellbeing matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Subject Matter Expertise
