Opportunity Overview
- Develop and maintain ATE (Automated Test Equipment) programs for RF and mixed-signal devices.
- Collaborate with design product and test engineering teams to define test plans and ensure test coverage.
- Perform device characterization correlation and yield analysis.
- Debug and optimize test programs to improve test time accuracy and reliability.
- Support production ramp-up yield improvement and failure analysis.
- Interface with overseas manufacturing sites and provide technical support for test-related issues.
- Document test procedures results and best practices.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in RF or mixed-signal ATE test development.
- Hands-on experience with RF instruments such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) Spectrum Analyzers and Signal Generators.
- Proficiency in test programming languages such as C/C Python LabVIEW .
- Familiarity with ATE platforms (e.g. Advantest Teradyne NI STS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
