Responsibilities

In this dynamic role you will:

• Manage Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems to ensure flawless operation and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement world-class FDC strategies to monitor and improve semiconductor equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions for equipment and process optimization.
• Analyze data to determine root causes of equipment issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Effectively communicate in English with international teams to propel projects to completion.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

To excel in this role you should have:

• Proven experience with FDC systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor back-end packaging.
• Proficiency in conveying information clearly in English.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment in back-end packaging.
• Programming skills (good to have).
• Strong background in FDC management back-end packaging equipment and processes.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply although experience is preferred.
