Entegris is seeking a Process Engineer for Kaohsiung Science ParkSouth(KSP-S) Taiwan to help build process capabilities and further develop key manufacturing process technologies for newadvancedfiltersproduction lines. The candidatesinitialprimary focus is:

Develop andmaintainprocessesmachine and data foradvanced filter production lines in KSP.

Align the process and machine data of process equipment with other plants toestablishthe process flow and control standard for new Filter production lines in KSP-S.

Create SOP or work instruction andresponsiblefor the training ofproductionteam to handle the operation by following the SOP or WI.

The ideal candidate is a proven professional who is energized by fast-pacedhigh profileprojects andpossessesboth hands-on skills and process development capabilities.

Needs totake orientation and training in Entegrisfacilitiesusuallyin48 weekstobe familiar with Filter cleaning processes.

Open to learninga newscience and technology andassemblyprocesses with variousequipments.

Identifyand enhance/develop processes for Filtermanufacturing line.

Develop andmaintainstandard operating procedures work instructions routings and safety reviews.

Manage key operating performance criteria yield performance analysisFMEAand SPC controls.

Develop capital justifications within budget for equipment and technology that either improves or aids in the growth of the business.

Drive root cause analyses and corrective action plans through the six sigma tools collaborating with quality product engineeringmanufacturingand sales/marketing.

Lead the technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing ensuring manufacturing is readyin accordance withMarketing requirements.

Implement changes properly throughV&Q and PCN process.

Identifyand implement cycle time and yield enhancing activities.

Develop andmaintainprocess documentation- operating procedures test specs test methodscomponentdrawings.

Owna Lean/Green Belt certification isa plus.

Familiar with AutoCAD/Soliworkis aaplus.

Abilityto speak Japanese is a plus.
