Job Summary
If you are a qualified enthusiastic legal professional you may be the expert we are looking for to join our dynamic team in Ankara Türkiye.
This role supports PSIs Legal with a primary focus on contracts related to clinical research. As an Associate Legal Counsel you will work closely with PSIs international legal and project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts and to provide legal advice and support for Turkish office.
Your role will include:
- Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts corporate and other legal documents;
- Providing legal advice and support within the Legal department and to other PSI departments;
- Developing reviewing and ensuring compliance with PSI policies procedures and instructions;
- Identifying and researching various legal issues and assessing their impact on PSIs business;
- Reviewing and preparing templates of clinical trial agreements and service provider agreements; negotiating clinical trial agreements with institutions and team members; collaborating with clinical operations team and the legal team on the clinical trial related matters;
- Assist in any other legal matters as and when requested
Qualifications :
- Law degree with sound knowledge of Turkish legislation and contract law
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial legal practice (law firm or consulting) ideally with exposure to the pharmaceutical sector
- Full professional proficiency in Turkish and English
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package in particular MS Word
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Superb organizational interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Capability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines
