Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures under supervision.
Provide warm and professional greetings to guests ensuring a luxury experience.
Answer guest inquiries via phone email or in person promptly and courteously.
Support reservation management and guest information updates in the system.
Assist with handling guest requests complaints and special requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Learn and apply hotel policies standards and procedures for front office operations.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping F&B etc.) to ensure smooth guest services.
Observe and support VIP guest services and concierge tasks as required.
Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Tourism or related field
Strong interest in Front Office operations and guest service
Positive attitude well-groomed appearance and team spirit
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and ability to handle guests with discretion and courtesy
