Assist in daily cleaning organizing and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
Support room preparation according to brand standards ensuring attention to detail.
Assist in replenishing amenities linens and guest supplies as needed.
Learn and apply proper use of cleaning tools chemicals and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and staff service areas.
Support laundry operations including sorting folding and distribution.
Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and luxury service standards.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver seamless service.
Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Tourism or related field
Strong interest in Rooms Division and guest service
Positive attitude well-groomed appearance and team spirit
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
