Job Summary

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of large scale complex tech-enabled change projects managing and coordinating the full project lifecycle across diverse industries. You will lead data science and AI projects end-to-end from gathering business requirements to developing models evaluating outcomes and deploying scalable solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders product owners cross-functional teams in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver data science or AI projects including scoping planning execution risk management and closure.

Translating complex business problems into well-defined analytical questions and project plans with clear scope milestones and deliverables.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements define deliverables and align priorities.

Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business impact resource availability and technical feasibility while developing and maintaining detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.

Communicate project status risks and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation stakeholder sign-offs and smooth handover to business-as-usual teams.

Present results in a business-friendly format and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

Bachelor s degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or related field is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager specifically for data science or AI/ML projects or products.

Proven experience managing the data science project lifecycle from ideation to production.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) adapted for data science.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to manage expectations and build consensus.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. GCP AWS Azure).

Highly proactive takes strong ownership and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have: Data science or AI experience qualification or certification.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
