Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Cold Email Outreach Expert who can manage the entire outreach process end-to-end. This includes technical setup health checks segmentation and crafting personalized pitches that drive results.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage email accounts ensuring high deliverability and domain health.
Segment target audiences and build precise email lists.
Craft personalized and compelling email sequences for outreach campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.
Monitor metrics analyze results and make data-driven improvements.
Stay up-to-date with email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns.
Strong understanding of email deliverability DNS SPF DKIM DMARC and warming strategies.
Experience with outreach tools (e.g. Lemlist Mailshake or similar).
Excellent copywriting and personalization skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
