Join our dynamic CRAC Squad and play a key role at the intersection of finance and technology. Were looking for a proactive Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing financial systems and processes.
Location: Porto
Main Tasks:
- Ensure smooth operations of financial integration flows within the CRAC scope
- Act as the go-to expert for users: respond to requests provide training and resolve incidents
- Monitor accounting flows and support the evolution of reporting tools
- Drive process improvements and boost productivity
- Collaborate with Finance & Risk teams to enhance system functionality and data quality
- Provide expert input on projects: from analysis to training and change management
- Anticipate project impacts on reporting tools and processes
- Understand user needs and the broader Finance IS landscape
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 3 years in IT/Finance project management or business analysis
- Solid experience with relational databases
- Strong grasp of financial processes and systems
- Advanced French & intermediate English (mandatory)
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
