Job Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Technology Consultant

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office per week)

Hybrid project with rotating shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Must be available for on-call duty: weekdays from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.; weekends and holidays 24/7.

Expected start date: January 2026

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Technology Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Management and administration of applications using Microsoft technologies: SSD SIGA and CESD.
Management and administration of Exchange 2029 and O365;
Management administration and maintenance of an access point to ensure connection between all EU Member States;
Management and administration of technological platforms: WordPress Moodle LimeSurvey PHP MySQL Kafka and Low Code (OutSystems or PowerApps);
Management and administration of the SMART DOCS document solution;
Management and administration of a human resources management solution;
Deploying applications and data in various productive and non-productive environments;
Implement and maintain solutions in an alternative environment (disaster recovery);
Perform technical maintenance interventions in various productive and non-productive environments.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

3 years in Microsoft SQL database management (including SQL Server Analysis Services);
3 years in Microsoft SQL database configuration and management in AlwaysOn mode;
3 years in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or higher;
2 years in Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Office 365 email systems;
2 years in installation configuration and support of: PostgreSQL ElasticSearch Tomcat HolodeckB2B Logstash Apache;
2 years in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 administration;
Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Mandatory Certifications (Minimum 2):

MCTS SQL Server 2016 or higher;
MCSA : Windows Server 2016 or higher;
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

Complementary Requirements:

Certifications:

Azure Fundamentals;
MCSA PowerBI Reporting;
Certified training in Kafka.

Professional Experience (Minimum 2 years):

Low Code platforms (OutSystems or PowerApps);
Automation with Ansible and Jenkins;
ITSM EasyVista solution;
Platforms: WordPress Moodle LimeSurvey PHP MySQL Kafka.
