We are seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join our clients team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in Human Resources supporting day-to-day administrative processes maintaining accurate employee records and contributing to onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter employee information into Oracle HRIS including new hires terminations salary changes and other updates.
- Perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Support records retention and HR documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding process including background checks and verification of required new hire documents.
- Provide support on special HR projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry work (HR experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
