About the job SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Performance and Goals (Makati) Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals module based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and manage performance forms goal plans competencies and calibration templates.
- Support integration with Employee Central Learning and Compensation modules.
- Perform system testing data validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent management strategies.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 3 years in Performance and Goals.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring performance forms goal plans and route maps.
- Understanding of performance cycles goal alignment and calibration processes.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
- Familiarity with SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance and Goals.
- Exposure to other modules like Succession & Development or Compensation.
- Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
- Knowledge of continuous performance management and feedback tools.
