The Support Associate will have two priorities: Service Quality and Good Client Relation. This position will report directly to the Customer Success Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Book orders of our clients
- Handle ticket dispatch
- Follow-up unpaid client invoices and
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor on time and meet requirement
Qualifications :
In order to succeed in this role you have:
- A graduate of Business Administration or any related course
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-initiated independent and a good team player
- Fresh graduates are welcome to APPLY!
