Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing projects particularly Project Management Module and has experience with Pre-Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client requirements with effective NetSuite solutions manage end-to-end implementation projects and support business development through solutioning and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering business process mapping and gap analysis with clients
- Configure NetSuite modules based on client needs (Finance Projects Management CRM etc.)
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful go-live
Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Manage project timelines resources and client communications
- Identify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks
- Track milestones deliverables and maintain documentation
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client pain points and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Assist in scoping pricing and proposal creation
- Represent the company in client meetings as a subject matter expert
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
- Strong experience in NetSuite implementation preferably with Project Management or NetSuite project / lifecycle management modules
- 2 years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certification a plus)
- Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solutioning
- Excellent communication client management and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Technical and Executive teams
