Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing projects particularly Project Management Module and has experience with Pre-Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client requirements with effective NetSuite solutions manage end-to-end implementation projects and support business development through solutioning and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting & Implementation
  • Lead requirements gathering business process mapping and gap analysis with clients
  • Configure NetSuite modules based on client needs (Finance Projects Management CRM etc.)
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful go-live
Project Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Manage project timelines resources and client communications
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks
  • Track milestones deliverables and maintain documentation
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client pain points and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs/RFIs
  • Assist in scoping pricing and proposal creation
  • Represent the company in client meetings as a subject matter expert
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
  • Strong experience in NetSuite implementation preferably with Project Management or NetSuite project / lifecycle management modules
  • 2 years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certification a plus)
  • Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solutioning
  • Excellent communication client management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Technical and Executive teams
