Job Description

Position Title: Graphic Designer/Admin Support
Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office
Salary: Php 40000 - Php 50000
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time

Our client a growing business in the commercial real estate sector is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer/Admin Support. This role is primarily focused on producing professional high-quality marketing materials while supporting the team with occasional administrative tasks when design work is light. The ideal candidate will combine technical graphic design expertise with strong organisational skills ensuring output consistently meets a 5-star standard.
The client will provide the wording for projects your role will be to creatively position the text alongside images graphics and maps for maximum impact and clarity.

Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer/Admin Support:

Graphic Design:
Design and manage marketing materials using InDesign Canva Photoshop Word and PowerPoint.
Create flyers brochures IMs LinkedIn graphics EDMs and proposals with consistent branding.
Ensure all materials achieve a polished 5-star layout with professional positioning of wording images graphics and maps.

Administrative Support (as needed):
Perform basic CRM updates and data entry to maintain accurate records.
Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support when not focused on design.

Qualifications as a Graphic Designer/Admin Support:
Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design (InDesign Canva Photoshop essential).
Strong layout design skills with proven ability to produce professional client-ready materials.
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Attention to detail creativity and a commitment to delivering polished results.
