- Lead the Group Controlling Operations team with employees located in the Philippines and in Switzerland.
- Responsible for general run activities including masterdata creation and change
- Responsible Time and expense booking adjustments and issue handling
- Responsible for CO month end closing activities
- Creation review and update of SOPs and manuals
- Support for other controlling tasks
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years experience with Group Controlling Operations tasks and good technical understanding (SAP)
- Good people skills (communication people management)
- Proficient in English
- Experience in a similar role as team lead is an asset
