About the Role

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer youll be at the heart of high-performing cross-functional teams delivering digital experiences that matter for our clients. Youll combine your technical craft with leadership to help shape solutions that are not only elegant and scalable but also empower your teammates to do their best work.
Youll work primarily with React on the front end and C#/.NET services on the back end collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to turn ideas into outcomes that have real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design implementation and delivery of full-stack features that raise the bar for quality and performance
- Build responsive component-based UIs with React (Hooks Context API etc.)
- Develop and maintain back-end services in C#/.NET integrating APIs and cloud services
- Collaborate with clients product managers designers and engineers to turn complex needs into simple effective solutions
- Mentor team members and guide technical decision-making to lift the whole team
- Participate in architectural discussions and shape the technical direction of projects
- Maintain high standards through code reviews unit testing and automation practices
- Champion best practices in Agile delivery CI/CD testing and performance optimisation
Qualifications :
About You
Youre a technically strong and people-focused engineer with a proven track record of leading successful software delivery. Youre passionate about writing clean code mentoring others and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact.
- Deep experience building applications with React on the front end
- Proven skills developing back-end services with C#/.NET
- Comfortable working in cloud-native environments and leveraging modern architecture patterns
- Strong communication skills able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- Committed to building digital products that make a real impact
- Thrive in high-performing teams and value team success as much as individual contribution
- AWS certifications are a bonus
