Job Summary
- Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift ensuring guest satisfaction safety and security.
- Complete daily reconciliation audits reports and departure paperwork.
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve overnight issues.
- Perform reception duties while delivering five-star service
- Ensure clear communication and handover of policies rates and hotel information.
Qualifications :
- Experience working in a hotel is preferred
- Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Opera systems a bonus.
- Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
- Willing to take ownership and have initiative to carry out different tasks required
