Job Summary
In this fast-paced role no two days are ever the same. Youll be the vital link supporting our Business Development Managers and Commercial Business Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Youll be the go-to person for all things admin and coordination keeping the sales process running smoothly the team informed and the customers happy.
What a day looks like:
- Pulling together accurate quotes and pricing
- Processing orders and keeping track of sales
- Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines
- Chasing up deliveries (and making sure they land where and when they should!)
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to keep everything on track
- Responding to requests from the sales team youll be their right-hand person
Qualifications :
Youre a people person through and through someone who loves being helpful gets a buzz from delivering great service and takes pride in doing the little things really well.
You dont need to come from a sales support background well give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude. Youre positive proactive and not afraid to get stuck in and make things happen.
