Job Summary
We are seeking night-shift Forklift operators Freezer hands and Reach Truck Operators to join our busy team in our cold store. These roles ensure all incoming product from processing departments needs are correctly handled and chilled following procedures related to Food Safety and Quality are followed and adhered to with uniformity.
This role will suit someone with drive initiative computer skills the ability to work unsupervised and excellent communication skills. Ideally you have come from a busy warehouse position that involved performing a variety of duties
Qualifications :
These positions involve working in a cold environment and includes; sorting and stacking cartons of product picking orders putting pallets into cold storage and relocating as required loading containers and packing for local transport.
Successful applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience with safe work practices
- Willing to learn and reliable with a good attitude
- Flexible to work weekends or night shift
- Ability to work effectively in a team or individual environment
- We are looking for experienced reach truck or forklift operators with enthusiasm physically fit willing to work hard good with figures accurate and able to think for themselves.
While previous experience in this role would be an advantage we are willing to offer training to a successful applicant with suitable experience and the right temperament.
This is a Night-Shift role
