Colliers is on the lookout for a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to join our team at Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre in Papatoetoe. This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role where youll be supported to grow lead contractors and make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the Centre is always safe clean and fully operational.
  • Managing contractors across cleaning security maintenance and landscaping.
  • Supporting health & safety compliance and emergency procedures.
  • Monitoring budgets and contributing to operational reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with retailers contractors and the Centre team.

Qualifications :

  • 12 years of experience in facilities or property management.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
